critique//problems

During the critique, I was at a good spot to get some feedback. What I learned was that my pico box didn't really connect to my store or my other package. It was sort of plain, and didn't really describe a lot. So I knew going into the next step I really needed to focus on my Pico. I believe I was in a good place to continue with my silverware design and that process made sense to me. However, since the Pico is such a unique appliance I had no idea how I was supposed to treat it. It was helpful to hear feedback from Professor Fender to give me an idea of where to go from critique.

As I started working on putting together both my silverware box and pico box, I ran into a few issues. Knowing the exact measurements was order than I initially thought. I had to do many trial runs to get down the exact measurements. When I went to my final production, I found it hard to manipulate the card stock I had chosen. The paper went through for my silverware box, however it didn't for my pico so I had to use normal paper for my pico. For my silverware box, the edges started ripping while I was trying to bend the folded parts. After talking to professor fender, I realized I had to score both sides to make sure it didn't have extra pressure on one of the sides.
